All committee meetings from this point forward will be on an as needed basis. Committee members are encouraged to request a monthly meeting time with the corresponding committee chairs when needed. Committee chairs will also be holding monthly meetings as needed which will be announced to all committee members personally (usually via email), and additionally on the web and on facebook for other owners.

Applications for the Spring 2010 parking cycle that were delivered by May 1st have been processed and decals will be delivered to units this weekend. Parking enforcement for the new decals will not begin until Monday, May 24th at 12:01 am. If you have any questions, please email the Parking Committee at parking@chestnutgrovecondo.com.

You may have noticed the recent disruption in disposal service over the past two weeks. Our current contractor, New Vision Disposal, has ceased operations and closed their doors. Thankfully, New Vision was acquired by American Disposal who will begin operations immediately and there should no longer be any disruptions to disposal services.
